"Never double-cross a hitman"

Assassin Raven (Robert Wagner) is ordered to kill a man who later turns out to be a congressman to his horror. He has to flee and finds shelter with the dancer Anne (Nancy Everhard), who brings out his sensitive side. Meanwhile, the police do not sit still and slowly the net closes around Raven.
