Skateland plot

"It was a time when life was easy...in a place they thought would never change."

Skateland, the local ice rink in a small Texas town, closes in 1983, forcing Ritchie, the 19-year-old owner, to look for another job. His parents are getting divorced and pretty much every other relationship in his life is in shambles. Ritchie has to make choices for the first time in his life and finally grow up.
