Fleshburn plot

An Indian escaped from a mental institution, who had been imprisoned there for five years for murder, resentfully kidnaps three men and a woman to a remote, inhospitable area. There, he leaves them to their own devices and they must fight to stay alive while the doctors organize the hunt for the deranged Indian.
