Mâkusu no Yama plot

A number of brutal murders take place in the Tokyo area. A rebellious police officer finds out that all the victims were members of the same college association in the 1960s. While battling the bureaucratic ineptitude of his colleagues, he must find out who might be linked to the murders and what their motivations are.
