Upstairs plot

The handsome engineer Ward Weaver (Luke Perry) responds to an ad for a room rental and ends up on the impressive Michigan estate of the young and beautiful Grace Stearn (Kelly Harrison). She lives alone and tries to survive after a serious accident that left her blind by occasionally giving piano lessons to 10-year-old Emily and renting out the upstairs to Weaver. She knows very little about Weaver and soon finds out that he is someone else than she expected. Weaver plays sinister games with Grace trapped in her own home. She can't do anything but kick Weaver out. But Weaver has no intention of leaving and now it's up to Grace to escape this sadistic nightmare.
