Satsujin Kyôjidai plot
When clumsy Shinji comes home from a day at university with his sizzling Renault Deux-Chevaux and ever-itchy feet, a hitman waits in his apartment who claims to be working for an organization called the Japan Population Control Council. calls. However, the bust of his deceased mother proves fatal to the assassin. When Shinji wants to show the man's body to the police, it has disappeared without a trace. Keiko, a journalist for "Weekly Mystery" magazine, offers to help him in his search for the organization. A thief, Otomo Bill, who tries unsuccessfully to steal his car, accompanies them.
