Sixth grade students at an elementary school in Kanazawa, northwest of Tokyo, engage in a special way of learning life lessons under the guidance of their unconventional teacher. Their group conversations are always more serious and in-depth than you'd expect with kids that age. In the classroom, the children are very closely involved with each other. There is a lot of laughing and crying; just like in life itself.
