Basterd has lived with his mother all his life and is not the smartest boy. One day he got lost and his mother disappeared. He doesn't know the way back and ends up in a big city. Here he witnesses a brawl between several clans. He doesn't really care about this, he is busier with getting a sandwich. When he finally has this, he wants to eat the sandwich a little further away. But with his first bite, he bites on something hard. It has a black metal sign in it. He doesn't realize this is what everyone is fighting for until Yie Yanke suddenly appears on the scene. He is a mysterious kung-fu hero with extreme powers. The black metal sign that was in Basterd's sandwich is his. Years ago he hid it somewhere. He then made a promise that he would fulfill a commission from whoever would bring the token back to him. Meanwhile, the fighting mob has moved on to Basterd and Yie Yanke. Everyone agrees that Yie Yanke should carry out Basterd's order. However, Yie Yanke has other plans for the unwitting Basterd.
