A Jin De Gu Shi plot
Yeung is a female martial arts practitioner who moves to Hong Kong from China. Without qualifications she manages to find a job as a stuntwoman. It's hard to be accepted in the stunt world, but she has help from experienced stuntman "Thunderbolt" (Sammo Hung), who admires her courage, technique and determination. When Thunderbolt dies trying to mediate a fight between his team and a local gang, Yeung takes care of his son. He wants to avenge his father's death, while the gang wants to get rid of him and Yeung.
