The Storm plot

Billionaire Robert Terrell has a lifelong obsession and made history with "meteorological technology" for his Atmospheric Research Institute. But during a test track, a blast of energy is launched into the ionosphere with unexpected results. The experiments bring devastating hurricanes to the planet, winds that constantly switch from hot to cold, torrential rainfall that isolates entire areas, and buildings that are turned into ruins after explosive lightning storms. But this is just the beginning. Only one scientist, Dr. Kirk Hafner, take steps to demand that these experiments be ended. But Terrell is undeterred and continues to push his team. He is supported in this by General Braxton, who sees it as an important military weapon.
