Platoon of the Dead plot

A platoon of Marines is ambushed during a mission. There are now only three survivors left to take on the growing army of the living dead. On their way to their pick-up point, they pass a remote house where they find three mysterious women. They think that if they make it through the night, they are as good as saved. However, this is not the case; something awaits them in the darkness.
