"YOU'LL LIVE IT...YOU'LL LOVE IT!"
dr. Ralph Snyder and Dr. Frank Blake open a practice together. The two doctors quickly become divided when they fall in love with nightclub singer Diana Wayne. In an effort to make a quick buck and then marry Diana, Blake does business with gangster leader Joe Grant. Meanwhile, the righteous Sawyer participates in a medical examination at the request of a local prosecutor. Grant becomes involved in a murder and forces Blake to work on a scar that he has built up. During Grant's trial, Blake is unable and unwilling to make a false medical statement and Grant is convicted. Blake loses his medical license due to his involvement with a gangster gang. It looks like Blake is now losing Diana too.
