"Survival of the ruthless."
William Doyle is an LAPD lieutenant who unknowingly leads a raid on the San Vincente cartel. Faced with death, Doyle approaches Clavo, the head of the cartel, and offers to work for them in exchange for his life. Doyle soon finds himself in a gang war between the cartel and the Chinese while an investigation is underway by the Home Office.
