"In the mind of a mad man"
'The Cusp' is a serial killer who kills his victims and brings them back to life. He does this over and over until his victims beg him to kill them. Maya is a detective with a special psychic ability that she acquired when he was The Cusp's first victim. Maya can and will get inside the mind of The Cusp to save his last victim.
