The Rainbowmaker plot

Growing up without their father, the Salzlipp twins are convinced that their father is an important secret agent. But when he finally gets home, it turns out that's not the case at all. He is a weakling, an insignificant meteorologist, who has been innocent in prison. The children refuse to accept that this is their father and their mother has also fallen in love with another man. However, Salzlipp doesn't give up easily and he finds out he can manipulate it again. In this way, it can transform beautiful summer weather into winter cold. Could he possibly use this to get his family back?
