Sakura na Hito-Tachi plot

Tsuyoshi's grandfather lives in the hospital where he receives mysterious postcards with cherry blossoms on them every day. When Tsuyoshi visits his grandfather, he notices the postcards, but has no idea who the sender is. He is lucky to meet the taxi driver Jack, who recognizes the cherry blossom on the cards. Tsuyoshi is determined to visit the site with Jack.
