"The Entertainment Event of the Year!"

It is 1896 and the controversial Can-Can dance is banned in Paris. That doesn't stop a bar owner from performing the dance anyway, to the delight of her guests. She surreptitiously circumvents the law, as her lawyer has the corrupt judge in his power.
