Earthbound plot

Nick and Ellen Desborough have to interrupt their second honeymoon in Switzerland because Nick is called back to go to work in Paris. But it turns out to be a fake call: Nick's ex-mistress Linda has sent him the telegram. Nick manages to find out her whereabouts, but is then killed by the jealous Linda. Unfortunately, Nick's mind cannot settle as Linda's wife Jeff is suspected of murdering him and is convicted. Nick returns to Earth to help Ellen clear Jeff's name.
