The Biggest Chinese Restaurant in the World plot

Everything has to be bigger, more exotic and better. This time Weijun Chen travels to the largest restaurant in the world. The West Lake (Xihulou) restaurant in Changsha, which opened five years ago, is the location where we get a special glimpse into the kitchen based on the boss/protagonist. She talks candidly about the ups and downs of her restaurant and the responsibility she bears for the 1000 employees who provide 5000 dinners a day. Everything is organized very efficiently and the pressure on the staff is great to serve a perfect meal. Through the staff, the chefs, the dishes and the guests we get a taste of contemporary China.
