Night without Sleep plot
"Terror that strangles the scream on your lips!"
Given the violent and unpredictable behavior of the composer Richard Morton, it is to be expected that something bad will happen one day. Trying to drown his problems with booze, Morton wakes up one day with a hangover and convinced that he killed a woman last night. Did this indeed take place? And was the victim his rich, complex wife Emily, his former mistress Lisa Muller or the movie star Julie Bannon, with whom he has an extramarital affair? Looking back, Morton tries to evaluate his relationships with the three women.
