When the brutal drug lord Jesus Franco (Adrian Alvarado) orders his men to kill some villagers in Mexico, they also injure a priest who tries to protect the villagers. Just before he takes his last breath, the priest hands a pendant necklace to Miguel (Carlos Moreno Jr.), the sole survivor of the massacre. With this necklace a flying snake-like monster of the Incas can be summoned. Miguel then leaves for Los Angeles to start a vendetta against drug lord Franco and his gang members with this special weapon. Detective Griffin (Maxwell Caulfield), along with his partner Sandra Wells (Sonia Satra), investigates the murders of the gang members. Having lost his wife in a shooting spree involving Franco's gang members, Griffin initially cares little that a flying snake-like monster appears to be in Los Angeles to help the bad guys into another world. That changes when Wells and himself are attacked by the monster.
