Continental, un Film sans Fusil plot

The mysterious disappearance of a man who wakes up on a quiet road in an empty bus and walks into the forest does not lead to a widely reported manhunt, but forms the starting point for a silent, tragicomic study of human loneliness, in which the lives of his woman left behind and three other independent characters touch or mirror each other. These three characters are a young insurance agent who tries to sell life insurance from a hotel unsuccessfully, a hotel receptionist who wants to find the right man and an ex-gambling addict who tries to relent his old love once again. They are all looking for companionship and security in an anonymous Canadian environment, but their efforts to find it seem mostly in vain.
