Oboreru Sakana plot
When business leaders are blackmailed into openly making fun of themselves, the police turn to two of their most untrustworthy agents. One has been arrested for embezzling money, the other for stealing female uniforms. Together they must infiltrate a famous nightclub to gather information about "Oboreru Sakana", an illustrious figure from the underworld who is said to be the mastermind behind the blackmail.
