Où Est Passé Tom? plot

Tom is the secretary of a Geneva association that is trying to obtain the liberation of political prisoners around the world. When one of his female colleagues decides to intervene and take out a dictator, he helps her. They are chased by the police and he is arrested but she manages to escape. He is locked up in prison and together with some insurgents he devises a plan to escape.
