Justine och Juliette plot

After their mother's death, two orphaned girls, Justine and Juliette, are kicked out of the house by their cruel aunt. They hitchhike to Stockholm, where they each lead their own lives. The worldly Juliette moves into a luxurious hotel room and 'sells' her body in a nightclub, but the shy Justine goes to stay in a shabby guest house.
