Mevrouw de Minister plot

When Dirkje Holman is appointed Minister of Social Affairs and Employment, she will be in her late thirties, quite brilliant and blessed not first, but also not least, with an attractive appearance. She comes from municipal politics. Not a seasoned politician, therefore, but very headstrong and someone who is keen to do everything 'differently'. This compulsion to innovate soon leads to a conflict with her liberal coalition partner, Minister Lagerweij of Finance. Her party leader, Prime Minister Staal, must act in a peaceful manner.
