"History is repeating itself."
As a small child, Jeannie survived the attacks of a serial killer who killed her mother. 30 years later, Jeannie is working as a police detective with the same serial killer on his tail. Jeannie has a hard time not getting emotionally involved but will do anything to arrest him before she might become his next victim herself.
