"Tortured by his lust for two women"

Emanuelle wants revenge after her sister commits suicide. She was trying to get away from her sadistic ex-boyfriend, Carlo. Emanuelle manages to get hold of Carlo, and locks him up in her basement. There she forces him to take drugs and watch her have sex. Carlo begins to hallucinate and only wants one thing, to get out and kill Emanuelle.
