Bill, Martha and their child Hal are staying in their cozy cottage on a quiet winter Sunday when they receive an unexpected visit from Mike Nickerson and Tony Rodriguez. Mike and Tony are old acquaintances of Bill; a few years ago they were in the same platoon in Vietnam. After the war, they faced each other in court, the reason Bill never told Martha. Martha is puzzled; what happened in vietnam and why are mike and tony in her house now?
