"She lost her little girl to a world of prostitution. Now she'll stop at nothing to bring her home."

Kate Kerner desperately tries to persuade the police to help her find her runaway daughter back in the prostitution scene. If the police prove to be powerless, she has no choice but to take to the streets herself and start her own investigation. Disguised as a prostitute, she infiltrates Washington's underworld.
