Sílene Smutná Princezna plot
Two rival kings have cleverly figured it out: if one's son marries the other's daughter, there's only one kingdom left and the hatchet can be buried. Of course the youngsters don't like that much. The prince runs away from his father and, as a "normal" boy, ends up at the castle of the other king. There he falls in love with a "normal" girl, who later turns out to be the princess. But because the princess is not allowed to marry an ordinary boy, they come up with a plan. The princess pretends to be sad, prompting her father to run a competition that whoever can make her laugh may marry her.
