Usually doesn't bode well...

However, the story is appealing and after a boring beginning (party where the characters meet) the story becomes more mysterious and fun in design. In the chalet, the evil side of the baron (Michel Lemoine) comes to the surface when he is all alone with Elena (Elvira Berndorff). Afterwards the others join us (not by car, but by horses??). At one point, Elena flees in hysteria and eventually ends up in Saxon's (Howard Vernon) castle. Vera's sister (Janine Reynaud), Elena's friend and the baron himself follow after her. Marion and George also join afterwards. The castle provides a perfect location for the tragedy that is to follow, which seems like a repeat of the past. Unfortunately, the story gets bogged down in strange twists from the director where the various characters are given a certain outfit for the evening dinner, which also has a long boring scene, the baron who goes to get his car and encounters a bear (laughable scene), the constant recurring operating table and the extended scene from the past. Shortening or even omitting these scenes would have been a better idea. The story had sufficient potential given the villainous look of the baron, the seductive sisters of which Vera is also not pure, the location and of course the fact surrounding Saxon's daughter. This deserved better elaboration. Claudia Butenuth plays a double role: Marion v. Kassell and Katharina Saxon. There is also some nudity to be seen and the castle's guard (Alecos) plays a nice role. 4/10
