The Show Off plot
Aubrey pretends to be a wealthy businessman, but in reality he is a ticket clerk at a train station with a salary of only $30 a week. Because Aubrey behaves like a wealthy, very wealthy businessman, who always wears nice suits, Amy is impressed by the man, and marries him. When the girl's parents discover Aubrey's true identity, they try to convince her of his lies.
