A gunfighter on the run from bounty hunters who have killed all his friends is taken care of in a settlement of Mexican gold miners. The prospectors are exploited by unscrupulous bankers, and after the gunslinger carries out his revenge, he returns to the settlement to lead the Mexicans in a revolt against their oppressors.
