Nan Bei Shi Wang plot
A naive police officer (Lo Meng) who is far too honest for his own good is fired by his corrupt superiors. A local con man (Yue Wong) draws him into his schemes to surreptitiously steal money from his boss. In search of the big money, they start a fighting school together where they challenge other schools in order to get more students, and therefore money. In their ignorance, they become involved in a dangerous game between the Heaven and Earth movement, whose goal is to re-enthrone the Ming dynasty. Hidden in the main prize of the annual Lion Dance is a list containing all the names of the rebels. There is therefore fierce fighting in which nothing and no one is spared.
