"Screeching Hell on Wheels ... is it Sport or Murder?!"
The film tells the story of a driver who is banned from further racing in the United States by officials because he is held responsible for the death of a competitor. He then resorts to competing in races in Europe, where he dominates all races in no time. After some time he is allowed to race again in the States and when he arrives there he discovers that his father, who had ripped his hands off him after the fatal accident, has now become the main sponsor of one of his biggest competitors. As a result, confrontations follow on and off the track.
