Mortu Nega plot

In 1973, during the struggle for independence after 500 years of Portuguese rule, Diminga (Bia Gomes) goes in search of her husband who is fighting at the front against the Portuguese. Returning to her village, she sees a land ravaged by war, drought and hunger.
