The Kovak Box plot
David Norton is a control freak. As a successful science-fiction writer, he is used to making decisions about the life and death of his characters. He attends a conference in Mallorca with Jane, his fiancée. Their idyllic stay comes to a shocking end when Jane suddenly jumps off the hotel balcony. David doesn't have time to recover from the shock, because all around him people start taking their own lives for no reason at all. Together with Silvia, a young woman who survived her suicide attempt, he ends up in a nightmarish game that could have catastrophic consequences for humanity. To prevent this, David must do what no one has yet done. He must find a way to escape the Kovak Box.
