Tim is a dreamy 15 year old teenager during World War II. He dreams of saving his older sister's girlfriend from the Nazis. When confronted by real Nazis, he dares to stick his tongue out and run away. Even though the war is everywhere, Tim and his parents manage to live normally. Meanwhile, Tim continues to dream.
