On Stage plot

Five promising young performers struggle with each other and their egos for a place in the spotlight. In a partly scripted, partly real documentary, in which fact and fiction are indistinguishable, we see five talented graduates of the cabaret academy, who are presented with the opportunity by a starting impresario to conquer the world as a group. Idealistically, they swear eternal allegiance to each other, but this soon turns out to be a shaky foundation.
