Délits Flagrants plot

Depardon had to wait seven years before he was allowed to film in the Paris Palace of Justice where deputy prosecutors decide the fate of suspects of minor, everyday crimes. His camera registered the interrogations, motionless from one point of view, without close-ups, and without zooming, like a clerk who is part of a natural mise-en-scene.
