Garage 2.0 plot

Gert is the ambitious director of a car company in Vianen who is way ahead of his troops and with unbridled energy encourages his employees to be the very best. No department is spared to master 'the new way of working' through numerous training courses and endless meetings. But does he eventually manage to turn employee 1.0 into employee 2.0 and how does the staff cope with this increasing pressure? How does a family business survive in times of crisis? In the background, the special family relationships within the company also play a role.
