Commissioner Griffi (Bozzuffi) is a tough cop who will stop at nothing. Valli (Mezzogiorno) is a criminal who blows up defaulters by putting bombs in their phones. Following the death of an elderly lady, Griffi forms a team of motorcyclists specializing in motocross and martial arts.
