Staatsgevaarlijk plot

Nicolette, 21, has just moved to Rotterdam to live with Mohammed, a boy of Moroccan descent. The moving boxes have barely been unpacked when a heavy attack seems to be taking place in the port of Rotterdam. After much speculation, it is now really happening in the Netherlands: dozens of fatalities, enormous panic and chaos. The disaster turns out to have even more profound consequences for Nicolette when Mohammed is arrested on suspicion of complicity. Fully convinced of the innocence of her boyfriend, Nicolette goes to war against the prejudice, chaos and lawlessness that suddenly reigns in the Netherlands. Gradually, however, indications are mounting that Mohammed could indeed be involved in the case. Nicolette is forced to make a choice between the belief in love and the harsh reality...
