The police of the future has been privatized to help the government neutralize dissidents. The united police and security corporation uses the latest gadgets to monitor the population and eliminate any threats. Veteran Detective Michael Kelly tries to get used to the new for-profit police organization as well as his new partner Jane Sikorski. They've been handed a "top priority" murder case. But all is not as it seems, the killer managed to evade all high-tech security measures even the all-seeing surveillance cameras have recorded nothing. This killer is not human! The beautiful and mysterious Athena introduces Kelly to the world of "killer androids". These biomechanical devices have been produced by the government but are now beginning to develop a consciousness, turning against the system that created them. Kelly discovers a plot to destroy the androids.
