"They Stacked the Deck in Vegas...It Almost Killed Them!"
Hard-core Las Vegas cop George Ryan (Bo Svenson) is looking for two criminals who have a machine they can use to manipulate slot machines. When he nearly loses his life in a confrontation with the criminals, he is taken off the case by his superiors. Stubborn as George is, he turns it into a personal vendetta, blackmailing helicopter pilot Lou (Fred Williamson) into helping him track down the criminals.
