Larceny plot
The CIA recruits a professional thief to break into the vault of a secret prison to extract sensitive information stored there. The safe also contains millions of seized money from the local cartel boss. When the cartel boss gets wind of the operation, he sends a group of professional hitmen to the prison to steal the money back before the Mexican army arrives.

I think it's a disgrace to Dolph's career, this film looks like a cheap B movie and is not interesting at all except for a few moments. Fight scenes are amateurish and very predictable. I expected more so no high score from me.

A somewhat lesser and messy action film with Dolph Lundgren. 3 stars which is a low score by my standards. The acting is reasonable - Jocelyn is a nice appearance - but the story is incoherent.
