This sequel to 'The Legend of Nigger Charlie' tells the story of a colonel in the service of the southern states during the American Civil War, who must track down a number of fugitive slaves in the north at the behest of a number of aristocrats. Escaped slaves Charley and Toby try at all costs to free 71 slaves already captured by the Colonel.
