Illicit Behavior plot

"One good cop. One bad cop. One very dangerous woman."

Mike is on the vice squad and has to shoot a suspect in self-defense. Internal Affairs believes it best but has to deal with it by the book while the Internal Affairs agent's partner is in the hospital from another shooting. But when Mike's wife says she was abused by her brother as a child, he goes to the brother and pressures him. The brother is mortally wounded through his fault and he is suspended.
