Dropouts plot

It is the summer of 1997. Amsterdam is turned upside down because of the euro summit. The arrival of the heads of government will be a concern for three people. Alcoholic Stefan, illegal prostitute Gina and runaway Dennis have other things on their mind than blocked streets. Their main problem is: 'What can I find to eat and where will I sleep tonight?' These bums meet on the street. At first they take advantage of each other, but eventually they become good friends. Slowly but surely it becomes clear why they live the way they do. And what terrible memories still haunt them.
